Windows Taskbar not showing when switching to another application #4455

Expected Behavior

I run Hearthstone deck tracker, launch the game, start to play and want to change into another application (e.g Google Chrome), and would be able to change to the game from taskbar down below.

Actual Behavior

The taskbar disappears and shows the part of the game instead.

Steps to reproduce behavior

  1. Open Hearthstone Deck Tracker
  2. Open Hearthstone
  3. Switch to another application using Alt+Tab or Windows button
  4. Toolbar disappears

I've seen dev's say it's not HSDT doing this, but it definitely is.

All it takes is for this bug to happen, then you close HSDT and open it again and the taskbar shows and works correctly.
