When Tony, King of Piracy is active, cards you draw should not mark off cards from your deck, because you are not drawing from that deck.
Actual Behavior
When you draw a card from your opponent's deck while Tony is on board, deck tracker marks the next card in YOUR deck. This then gives you knowledge of what cards your opponent is drawing from your deck, giving you unfair advantage in having information that you couldn't have without deck tracker, essentially allowing you to use deck tracker to cheat.
Steps to reproduce behavior
Have your opponent play Tony, King of Piracy and end their turn. Notice that the next card you draw marks one off from your deck list. Confirm with your opponent on their next turn that they drew the same card.
