HDT 1.20.8 freezes/crashes randomly while playing Hearthstone (and not tracking progress) #4478

Expected Behavior

HDT runs without a crash during hearthstone sessions

Actual Behavior

HDT Version 1.20.8 (on Windows 11 Enterprise):

DxDiag.txt After one or two or three games (its random and sometimes even happen in between a single game) the HDT freezes, shows a crash report task but i cannot click on the crash report window. Its not showing up. I have to end / taskkill the processes to re-start HDT. Due to the crash its not logging a game.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Open Hearthstone or HDT (and start HS via it - doesnt matter which order you choose) and play a game in wild mode (english language of HS gameplay)

Moving the HDT to monitor 3 to see its window (maximized to screen). Have not tested if it also crashes if i let it stay on monitor 1 and minimize it to task bar but i think it has no impact.

Using this version of windows:

Edition Windows 11 Enterprise Version 22H2 Installed on ‎23.‎02.‎2023 OS Build 22621.1778 Features Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22642.1000.0

I´ve attached a dxdiag.txt (anonymized) where i see for example a System.OutOfMemoryException (which is kinda odd for a system that has the following hardware specs:

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KS 3.20 GHz Installed RAM 128 GB (128 GB useable) Systemtype 64-Bit-Operating System, x64-based Processor

Problemsignature: P1: HearthstoneDeckTracker.exe P2: 1.20.8.6136 P3: c140f45c P4: PresentationCore P5: 4.8.9139.0 P6: 63997485 P7: 1f1d P8: 0 P9: System.OutOfMemoryException P10:

Hope that helps to track the issue and debug it.

Thanks for an otherwise really great software :)

Played 4 games in a row with HDT on the main screen #1 and minimizing it to the info area (next to the clock). This time it seems it didnt crash/freeze. So problem might be on multi-monitor systems only if you maximize the HDT to screen #2 or #3. Will further investigate this.

There was an update for HDT to match HS 26.4.3 today. It seems to fix the issue. I have not experienced any crashes even maximizing HDT on the #3 monitor today while playing around 10 games. Will further investigate this.
