Keyframe API #170

It would be cool to have a way to highlight keyframes, or special moments in a replay, maybe with a little vertical stripe.

An HDT user approached me with the wish to maybe press a keybinding during a game, and when looking at the replay later to have that specific frame highlighted in the replay, especially useful for reviewing say a turn where you weren't sure later in the replay.

This would obviously require some infrastructure and HDT work, but for now I'd just like an API for Joust to input these - it may be useful just for embedding already, no matter if we end up implementing it in HDT/HSReplay.net or not.

I know I've talked to someone about this via reddit or something, but if these keyframes could also store comments, so a player can leave a note to themselves/viewers why that keyframe is highlighted, I think that would be incredibly powerful, and would provide a great tool for studying games after the fact.
