Implement game reset #223

Joust state is really messed up during game reset.

What we see there is that an entity that has been created and are subsequently deleted (the devilsaur on the opponent side) is not immediately cleared off the board after the game reset. It's unclear to me why it's cleared after the tinkmaster is played again though (another devilsaur is created)
