Not sure what patch this is, but it's at least 3.0 due to TGT cards being in the video, so updating to that milestone

EDIT: At least 3.1 due to Exodar cardback
https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/4j46ef/kripp_just_beat_the_turn_limit_on_hs_in_tavern/ seems to prove it's still 89 turns (no draw effects in either deck)
Confirmed on IRC that it still happens in 6.0.

IksarHS mentioned he would look at this.
It seems like there is a limit of 89 total turns, regardless of who takes them.
Player1 has 45 turns and Player2 has 44 turns = 89 turns and the game ends. You steal turns from your opponent.
The Player1 had only 20 turns and the Player2 had 69 turns 20+69=89. The total number of turns can not be more that 89...
After turn 89 fully ends and just before turn 90 begins, the game ends in an unconditional draw.

It is expected that the game will eventually end this way, to prevent infinitely long games (similar to how Bouncing Blade ends after 80 hits and Auchenai Soulpriest + Mistress of Pain ends after 61 triggers). However, turn 89 is Player 1's 45th turn, and Player 2 has only had 44 turns by this point. To not give Player 1 an unintended theoretical advantage beyond what they should have, the turn after which the game ends should be some even number, such as 90, 88 or 100.
