The Betrug minion does have Rush

This video tests the interaction of Khadgar with several cards: Betrug: Rush is not copied but "dies at the end of turn" is copied. Stampeding Roar & Captain Hooktusk: Rush is not copied. Jade Chief: Taunt is not copied. A New Challenger: Taunt and Divine Shield are copied.

It seems that a general rule does not exist.
