Dalaran Heist: Some players may be brought to a blank screen when attempting to play #1181

Defeating a boss in Dalaran Heist under CAIS causes the adventure stuck.

Even after being offline for several hours, an error alert is prompted whenever trying to resume the run. Hearthstone Screenshot 05-17-19 13 26 46

Not sure what "CAIS" stands for to, but there are a variety of reports of being unable to play the adventure under certain conditions due to similar interface issues.

The following are current known issues that are still being researched and scheduled for a fix. Some players may be brought to a blank screen when attempting to play The Dalaran Heist.

The issue “Some players may be brought to a blank screen when attempting to play The Dalaran Heist” has been resolved and should be live on game servers very soon.

There’s two separate issues that we’re aware of, causing the same error with Dalaran Heist. One of the issues should be fix today. Our team is still looking into the other cause of the Dalaran Heist issue, which looks to be affecting everyone still running into the Dalaran Heist error.

We’re looking to get this fix pushed to everyone still affected at a later time. We’ll continue to update and monitor the issue for now. Sorry for any confusion and hopefully we’ll have more to share soon!

This was fixed by the devs few hours ago and at this point it looks like everybody should be able to launch the adventure. We appreciate all the reports and patience while we got this handled. Can anybody who was having this problem retest launching Dalaran heist now? If you still have problems, just let us know in a reply to this post.
