The enchantment that [[Reckless Experimenter]] was applying had its priority set to that of a standard aura effect, but cost modification auras like [[Mechwarper]] should actually be applied at an earlier priority. Once this is fixed, their effects will resolve in timestamp order, and you should have zero cost [[SN1P-SN4P]]'s (assuming you played Reckless Experimenter and then Mechwarper).
