Note: Weasel Tunneler is not a REAL zone-moving effect so this bug doesn't happen to it.

The fact that Wagtoggle uses a real zone moving effect instead of faking it (per precedent of most cards which do this) is tracked in #1192, along with the similar issue it causes with Mimiron's Head. Unsure if the cards the issue should also be tracked on the end of Conjurer's Calling and other cards that can cause it, since "fake the move with a new copy" seems to be the intended solution to this problem ever since Weasel Tunneler caused so many oddities.
