1. Your deck only contains one minion.
2. Play Brann (the video uses Heart of Vir'naal) and Madam Goya. The target is called M.
3. After battlecry, M is in deck.
4. In the rest of game, each draw will move M to your hand, even if it's in play or in graveyard.

More tests:

1. When-draw triggers trigger as normal. Transformation doesn't effect.
2. If M is Chameleos, the spell or weapon it transformed into will return to your hand as well.
3. If Chameleos transformed to a hero card and you played that hero, your hero will return to your hand next turn and it causes a hang.
4. Mischief Maker will move M to the top of your opponent's deck. Then whenever you draw a card, M will return to your opponent's hand.
5. Patches doesn't trigger.
