New Basic Priest cards can be given as Arena rewards #1314

So i got the new basic card that everyone gets for free as my arena reward. Player got a golden Power Infusion from an Arena reward

Basic cards will no longer be incorrectly earned from Arena rewards.

No longer reported as of the 17.0.0.44582 data patch.
