Upgraded Hero Powers can be given by Renounce Darkness #1342

Two games in a row, I used Renounce Darkness and it gave me upgraded hero powers. According to the wiki, it’s only supposed to give you a basic hero power. It doesn’t happen every time, as I’ve gotten basic hero powers too. Warlock with Heal after playing Renounce Darkness

17.2 reorganized the hero powers and upgraded hero powers to be part of the core set:

[Armor Up!][CS2_102][725] -> [Armor Up!][HERO_01bp][725] [Tank Up!][AT_132_WARRIOR][2745] CARD_SET=15 (TGT) -> [Tank Up!][HERO_01bp2][2745] CARD_SET=15 (CORE)

This appears to have had the side effect of making Renounce Darkness able to select them.

Renounce Darkness will no longer give upgraded Hero Powers.
