Missing "Created by" on cards that have been created, transformed or have had their cost modified

When other minions or spells generate new cards or transform cards from your deck and place them into your hand or into your deck, they have an indicator so that the players know which card was responsible for their creation, transformation or cost modification. However, not all of the cards have that indicator.
