Lady Liadrin's upgraded hero power is the same as Uther's #413

Alleria, Magni and Medivh all have separate upgraded hero powers (with Justicar Trueheart) from their classic hero counterparts. Lady Liadrin does not, instead she uses the same upgraded hero power as Uther.

Comparing Hunter hero powers with Paladin hero powers (by ID):

Steady Shot (Rexxar): DS1h_292 Steady Shot (Alleria): DS1h_292_H1 Ballista Shot (Rexxar): AT_132_HUNTER Ballista Shot (Alleria): DS1h_292_H1_AT_132

Reinforce (Uther): CS2_101 Reinforce (Liadrin): CS2_101_H1 The Silver Hand (Uther + Liadrin): AT_132_PALADIN

Lady Liadrin received CS2_101_H1_AT_132 and Khadgar received CS2_034_H2_AT_132 as their upgraded hero powers in 5.0.0.12574.
