Knife Juggler has a missing animation after playing Herald Volazj #541

If you play Knife Juggler, minion, Herald Volazj (in this order), one of the Knife Juggler's knife effect won't be displayed and its sound won't be played. This bug does not occur if you play them in the other order: minion, Knife Juggler, Herald Volazj.

Today I tested a few other things with multiple KJs and it often happened that only the last (I think) 3 KJ would animate the knife. Should be easy to reproduce, just spam KJ. Playing the Jugglers quickly might be relevant.

Interesting note: In the initial video, the newly spawned Knife Juggler's entrance sound is also missing, but not the Garrison Commander's.
