7 years ago Almost but not quite. When you queue up for a "random cards" brawl, you queue with one of the preconstructed decks (the ones you have for each class when you start playing). The cards all get replaced at the very beginning of the game.
It's one of the more annoying hacks in the game, which causes a bunch of stats to be very hard to parse :(

7 years ago The title of the issue doesn't match with the links. Has nothing to do with spells or minions.

7 years ago I guess the title should be changed to something like "Curious Glimmerroot will offer cards from the "class pre-constructed deck" instead of the random brawl deck".
And then fix the description to mention that this happens in every brawl where you start with a random deck and why it happens (see the trogg's quote).

6 years ago This bug is likely 'Randomly constructed Tavern Brawl decks start as preconstructed decks'. It's also causing problems with Leyline Manipulator.

6 years ago This week is ShiftCon, it is offering random cards. The 'correct' card was Dark Bargain, I picked Demonfire.

Brawl is Encounter at the Crossroads. Perhaps they haven't bothered to fix it for old brawls.

I guess this is because you don't have a deck at the start of the game, as it is just created when the game begins. The (pre-mulligan) log looks really weird: https://gist.github.com/PattuX/6f13a394dbd24fdbeb2057c110a2246a
edit: as troggnostupid pointed out, this is because your deck is the Basic Deck of your class at the start of the game, but all cards in your decks are then transformed. Curious Glimmerroot seems to be the only card affected by this.
