Sometimes Prince Valanar does not correctly show that he has Taunt and Lifesteal. I was not able to reproduce this, but there are two reports of it.

Hey everyone,

The issue with Prince Valanar Taunt has been a rather elusive one. We initially discovered this as far back as 2017, but the issue resurface back roughly once every 1-2 months.

Since it is not widespread, we suspect that a very specific board state or interaction combination might be the cause. That said, we could use your help in narrowing down on the ways to reproduce this.

For anyone that encounters this issue, you can help by providing us with:

1. Any video or replays of the match.
2. Screenshots of the board when it occurs.
3. The decklist from that match.
4. The platform and OS version (Win10, Android tablet, iPhone, etc)
5. The game mode (Ranked, Arena, Tavern Brawl, etc.)

I found a bug with Prince Valanr, you play him, and it doesn’t look like he has lifesteal or taunt. Then, once he’s interacted with, you gain life. Basically, the graphics that indicate he has lifesteal and taunt periodicially don’t show, even though he works fine other than that
