Uploading and recording still broken on mac [19.2 version] #510

It doesn't upload or recognize anything. It only recognizes game start and game end. Also, the drop down deck list in the fix game results screen doesn't have the decks that I have set in the settings.

It may be that OS X is putting HearthStats Companion into 'App Nap' mode which radically restricts its power and CPU usage, and results in it hardly detecting anything. I do have an open issue to get this fixed (#302), I'll try get to it soon.

In the meantime, try manually disabling App Nap by following these instructions: http://help.hearthstats.net/knowledgebase/articles/363422-uploader-app-stops-detecting-on-osx

I'd be interested to hear if that fixes it for you.

Hi, I have already enabled it before posting this problem (but it is still broken)

gtch, I reinstalled the application with your help, but it is still broken. I don't know what to try now

I was having the same issue, but preventing app nap fixed the issue.

I'm using version v0.19.2 (1) on OSX 10.9.3
