The origin of the .chd can not be found as it was not local to the save state. This is a common issue and I have replaced the zip file with a fixed version. For future contributions please see https://github.com/HeatXD/duckstation-fightcade-savestates#readme and specifically the points pertaining to local images.

I have resolved this issue by reuploading a fixed version. Please observe the above point for future revisions / contributions.
