Save state starts at main menu. Adjusted these settings:

Matches are 5 mins
Game speed is set to fastest
Camera is set to Default Long
Extra time is set to ON
Penalties are set to ON

Changed game name for list consistency.

The origin of the .chd can not be found as it was not local to the save state. This is a common issue and I have replaced the zip file with a fixed version. For future contributions please see https://github.com/HeatXD/duckstation-fightcade-savestates#readme and specifically the points pertaining to local images, and controller 2 being enabled.
