x11-libs/vte without vala fails #358

Building vte without vala fails with

bindings/vala/meson.build:20:0: ERROR: Could not execute Vala compiler "valac"

Don't know if vte without vala makes sense, I just enabled it in package.use.

Should be also fixed with https://github.com/Heather/gentoo-gnome/pull/359
