Add break time countdown #15

Timer and Break

Once timer finishs, alert pops up
Once user clicks ok on alert, breakTime timer starts automatically ( 10 min / default )
Once break is over, alert pops up with a message to let user know that break is over.
Timer is set to default value

Button changes corresponding to state data of <Timer />

Start to initiate timer countdown
Stop to stop/pause timer countdown
Continue to continue previously running timer
Pause to pause break time
Resume to resume break time ( same feature as Continue but for breakTime)
Cancel to cancel current timer or current break.
Cancel to reset the timer

@veredrec my branch also has a typo. My fingers have different mind from my own :D
