Add api for localStorage #31

Using apiLocalStorage library, now the app can ...

loads previous timer records if there is any from their browser localStorage object
saves a new timer record once a timer is complete
loads categories/color data if there is any from localStorage
saves new categories/color data once Category setting submits new values

also, reflecting @veredrec previous comment, now timer setting has an indicator <p> for separating timer options/ break time options
