[DX11] ShaderReflection Missing Methods #651

I'm trying to implement enumeration of all my shader variables, using the
method detailed <a
href="http://wiki.gamedev.net/index.php/D3DBook:Shaders#Reflect_Shader">here</a>
.

However, the ShaderReflection class in SlimDX seems to be missing basically
all of the methods required.

Someone uploaded a patch for this stuff. I'll handle it since I've already got 
the
other issue assigned to me.

I didn't realise a patch had been submitted. Sorry for the duplication.

Guess I'll wait for it to be merged in, or the June/July SDK release.
