Remove win32 structure definitions from win32_ext file #735

Because of legal issues (beark), we need to move structure definitions in 
Parser/win32_ext.h from plain headers C to whatever is convenient.

A way could be to get the generated xidl, keep only the structures defined, and 
save it in the Generator project, as an embedded XML resource.

Instead of a .h for the win32_ext struct, we would just have an XML (any other 
legal issue with this?)
