[Player PM] ClearThoughts/(Cecelia Lilac)(?): The pressure/temp measurer console didn't measure pressure. It said there was 14.8kPa. Moment i ignited, it corrected to the correct 6000KPa

Which then caused the rapid wall-melting of toxins and subsequent insta-death of the RD operating the controls. While a moderately rare occuring thing (the whole actually using toxins for legit purposes) it's a bug and potentially a fatal one, like this case.

Possible error? Confirm? Probably an easy bug to resolve, regardless.
