Remake use of silver coin #41

Remove from the map and use as VIP fluff thing, make unable to give insulated gloves. Instead, give stuff like sigars (cosmetics that make sense on this station as an employee). Discuss details with lore.

I think you get the idea that we'd like help on everything, but for the sake of keeping it proper... labels.
