Admin Logs need to get Puncheded back into Shape #95

The admin logs and attack logs/reports have a lot of grammatical errors. If I had a nickel for every time the the blood was spilled, someone was puncheded, someone was stuffed in the the refrigerator, and so on, we would have a really nice server. Not that it isn't really nice already.

( We do need an upgrade though ) Yes, I'm aware of this. On top of that, not all attack notifications offer jump-to links or links to the two parties involved. Admin notifications need a good check overall to be honest.

I don't know if this was made a separate issue, but in regard to the issue where admin logs / attacks report no action, Jakk has pointed out that chest stomping is blank.
