Localizer and VOR Deviation indication on the ND #143

There is no localizer deviation bar and glideslope diamond indication on the ND and no VOR Deviation bar to fly a VOR radial. All modern glass cockpit aircraft NDs have this facility when ND selected to centre display ie looks like the old HSI (Horizontal Situation Indicator) . Nav Display

I still have not seen any movement towards updating the Nav Display to show the VOR Course Deviation Bar as shown in the attached picture (not 787 Display). Additionally, there is no sim rate manager in the Heavy mode selection. Otherwise, a great aircraft to fly.

@KalTiwana Just an update, we are working on refactoring every display to a C++ based WASM module instead of JavaScript to improve fps. This has been a large undertaking done solely by @kimlada so it will take some time. I'll leave this issue open to reference once VOR deviation is implemented using the new WASM Module
