`:settime` Command sometimes sets the time to the opposite for some clients in the server #9

Description

Whenever an admin uses the :settime command it is supposed to set the time to the specified number, but in specific cases some players in the server will see the opposite time of day that was specified while the user of the command will see it's proper outcome.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Use the :settime command and set the time
  2. Sometimes people see the opposite time of day
