Separate format from HRDF files? #6

Perhaps we should have one repo for HRDF files (e.g., each kit), and one for the format and associated files.

I think that's probably a good idea. It might be good to make HRDF its own repo (and also make a repo for gains / control params). Then maybe make a hebi-kits-common repo that has gains, HRDF, and any other common meta info we might need in the future.
