Add IP Address Static / DHCP state to HebiGroup.getInfo() #18

Maybe just have a table column that's something like staticIP with a boolean for firmware that supports it and [] or NaN for firmware that doesn't? Not sure. Definitely low priority.

added it to the latest snapshot. The field is addressMode
