'include' folder now has latest MATLAB API 1.7
Updated and added HRDFs for both R- and X-Series arm kits (not using assembly numbers yet for HRDFs) with correct module types and end-effector types.
Starter gains for R-Series Arms added
bug fix in teach-repeat example with trajectory generator <--
need to apply to trajectory generator in API
renamed joints in setupArm according to new naming convention "J1_base, J2_shoulder, ..."
updated readme doc in arms folder with R-Series 4/5/6-DoF Arm info
added a 'series' variable for examples to change between x-series and r-series arms while using the same setupArm calls.
