Arm kit updates #73

Updates to most of the examples. Issue #59

Main changes are:

Kinematics now specified using HRDF files
Gains now loaded using XML files
Trajectories reworked to mostly us non-blocking API. This allows people to tinker with the arm's motion in more detail.
Re-org of some examples. Remote control using a mobile device replaces the old 'target chase' examples. Added an example for doing impedance control on the end-effector.

I'm still trying to figure out how to resolve the conflicts. Everything should be merged into Master except the kits/rosie/gains/6-DoF-Arm-Gains-Rosie.xml part. Master has a fix to the capitalization of the file that caused problems in Linux.
