Show real device address? #74

At the moment the Scope Dashboard shows the information that is sent via the protocol, but the ip address may differ from the actual IP. For example, a mobile app may report the WiFi IP address even though it is actually addressed throught a Wired IP address.

It may make sense to add another Device Address field that shows the actual device coordinates including sub address (and port?).
