Maize seeds can't be planted on modded farmland

This makes maize impossible to farm with modded soil like Farmer's Delight or Regions Unexplored

This does not affect leek seeds, they work fine

Also, I noticed maize crops drop their items when mined in creative mode, but I don't think it has anything to do with the issue at hand haha
