basic component, It's set to be animation-focused, keep in mind the notes :)

consider: the arrow button will disappear on scroll the 1/2 info overlay would enter from left and disappear on image hover the 1/2 info overlay will have transition animations on scroll or arrow click the explanation should break into paragraphs the image will popup as modal on click the image will have zoom in slow animation

the video can have custom nav buttons

responsive features need to be added to all elements

@pm-moyanor I can kind of picture what you've noted in the description above. I think overall the animations will be a really nice touch and give us a great 'space-in-motion' feel to the application. That said, I'm going to hold off on merging this PR as it doesn't sound like it's in a place for viewing just yet. I like this use of useRef and makes sense how you're thinking about the code aspect of the animations.

Let me know if I've missed anything specific that you wanted another set of eyes on.
