flow chart: mobile: frame size #22

This works really well on mobile based at viewing it in my Xcode simulator. The one issue that I'd like to raise, which sort of duplicates a bug I reported for @nelliemckesson, is that I'd like the frame/knocked out circle that the icons/progress bar/text blocks appear in to be significantly larger, such that it exceeds the bounds of the screen.

The icons on mobile and the text on mobile look to be about the right size and position, but I think the circle being allowed to be larger lets the progress bar extend more and gives the icons a little more space on screen.
