Text block placement within flow chart #29

On both desktop and mobile, the text blocks are too close to the ends of the progress bar. On mobile, the circular "frame" for flow chart content can be increased in size to allow for more space if necessary.

@EricWVGG if this is just based on straightforward-ish CSS positioning, you can probably reassign to @nelliemckesson and prioritize other issues.

I'm going to let you guys finesse it so you can position exactly as you like.

flowchart.css lines 58 and 70 for desktop, lines 422 and 426 for mobile.
