Spacing between book frame scrollable content blocks #4

Looks like there's a height: 100% declared on each of these blocks that isn't strictly necessary other than on the "cover" and arguably the last frame showing Nellie and Erica's contact info.

Should be removed.

I think @EricWVGG has addressed this on his branch (though would be nice to have some breathing room after the contact information - I do think that can be 100% tall like the cover area).
