Add source field to signup form

Add the following field to our signup form in the sidebar:

<input type="hidden" name="Source" value="PAGE">

Replace "PAGE" with the actual page name from the list:

• homepage
• products
• about
• partner
• pricing

Test and make sure the field is filled in correctly in mailchimp for new signups.
