We must respect the Aristotelian definitions principle: Any term 'A' asserted to have parent term 'B', should be defined as 'A= def. a B which C', where 'C' express some condition on those instances of B which fall within the A's.
I suggest coming back to maintenance action class. and maintenance task as subclass of it. I propose these definitions:
maintenance action is a process that includes one or more tasks capable to retain a maintainable item in or restoring it to a specific condition.
A maintenance task is an elementary maintenance action.
I agree with you Hedi. A Maintenance Action is a composed of one or more elementary Maintenance Tasks.
also we need to make sure to use 'definition' instead of 'isDefinedB' annotation property for all definitions.
i added an annotation property "definition" we need to update it for all classes. Also, add definition of bfo classes
When I go + on annotations I do not see a definition option only an isDefinedBy option. I am using the ROMAIN Instanciated version
My students are until now autonomous, they are programming without asking lot of questions. :)

Do we need to explain (a little, main concepts/relations) in the reasoning section how do we use the ontology to answer the competency questions? I think yes, but just to be sure... Edit: Melinda Answered.
I agree. Can you write something?

work management processes don't have definitions.
