Is what is written here:

https://github.com/HedvigS/gramfinder-typology-of-terminnology-and-searching-OCRed-grammars/blob/master/Different%20aims%20and%20contributions

Something that others here @xrotwang @hjhaynie @skalyan91 @JeremyCollinsMPI @skalyan91 @tyrannomark agree on? If so, it could be shared to Erich, Janet, Nick and Simon soon.

JeremyCollinsMPI commented 8 years ago

OK by me!

HedvigS commented 8 years ago

Ok, that's one. Most important here I believe however are @d97hah @skalyan91 @tyrannomark if I may say so.

HedvigS commented 8 years ago

I think the sooner we communicate the better, so could I get a quick response from @d97hah @skalyan91 and @tyrannomark ?

skalyan91 commented 8 years ago

I approve the document (though I might order 1 and 2 and their subcategories a bit differently).

d97hah commented 8 years ago

I don't see anything objecttionable in the document but I also don't know what the point is of having policy documents for this and any other informal project.

hjhaynie commented 8 years ago

OK by me as well.

I agree with Harald that it seems silly to need policy documents for sharing ideas informally, but it makes sense to get explicit about these things in response to Erich's messages.

HedvigS commented 8 years ago

Thanks everyone. Actually, it's not only in response to Erich but we had something similar written down before as well, for our own sake just to bring some structure. I just expanded on it to make explicit some things that I though were implicit in all of this, and just wanted to make sure now wit all y'all that it was indeed implicitly agreed upon, which seems to be true :D
