Pandora.Art exception on null #31

Should not throw an exception when null. Because you can't check 
if (Pandora.Art == null) ...
Otherwise there will be an exception through.

There have to be a !null check everywhere the property is used and not
inside the property.

Added property ArtLoaded to replace the if (Art != null) check with 
if(ArtLoaded)
