HUE doesn't work for deco tab #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.select any item on the "deco" tab
2.check the "hue" box
3.change the "hue" number below it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to change hue. instead it only does black.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PB3.0.0.5
Win7-x64-SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
None to be had.
