Support Interfaces #2

ME3Script: Currently a totally forgotten feature of unrealscript, the library should aim to support interfaces.

So far I've found 0 classes using interfaces in the ME3 files, which might suggest that this is simply not a prioritized feature at all. (Though this is only from searching the main files like engine/sfxgame etc.)
