This PR:

upgrades all projects .NET Framework to 4.6.2, which is currently oldest supported 4.6.x version, additionally upgrades AvalonEdit
implements drag & drop file functionality for "Extract Fbrb" button + minor code changes to support this

I suggest reviewing commits individually, instead of changed files.
