Phrase "the year before last" in Chinese was mistakenly recognized as "last year" #73

Example text: I came back from Yunnan on May 20 the year before last. (Chinese: 前年五月20号，我就从云南回来了。)

The time should be 2016-5-20, but it recognised it as 2017-5-20.

大佬 我想的话 跟DCT是不是有关系，可能他识别的是按文档创建时间来计算的 不过我还没跑通 大佬指教一下吗？ 平台是linux 跑的commandline
