Replace y-mongodb with y-mongodb-driver (maintained and uses mongodb instead of mongoist/mongojs)
CollaborationPlugin shouldBoostrap = false, so editor waits for content instead of creating an empty new one (this caused the paragraph inserts upon reloading the document)
Remove unused deps
Add error loggings
Typings and cleanup
